LET US DO THE COOKING. Enjoy Thanksgiving with Panoramic Harbor Views, Family and Friends at Shade Hotel Redondo Beach! Join us for a Seaside Buffet at 1 pm on November 22nd by Chef Aaron Robbins. Stations Include: Salads ~ Baby kale, arugula, pipits, roasted butternut squash, dried cranberries, goat cheese and balsamic- sage dressing. As well as, baby greens with cucumber spiced walnuts, baby heirloom tomatoes, Fuji apples and dried currant vinaigrette. Carving ~ Garlic-herb roasted turkey breast with red wine turkey gravy and orange-cinnamon cranberry compote on the side. As well as brown sugar-clove glazed ham. Sides ~ Roasted garlic mashed potatoes, green beans, almonds, brown butter with roasted shallots, sweet potato gratin with herb bread crumbs and classic stuffing. Extras~ Roasted Scottish salmon with chive butter sauce and marinated tomato relish. As well as Penne puttanesca with capers, olives garlic, basil, and San Marzano tomatoes. Desserts~ Pecan tart with vanilla mousse, mini toffee date cakes with caramel apple compote and mini pumpkin cheese cakes with spiced cream and toasted pepitas. $50 for Adults and $25 for Children under age 10.
