Jay is knowledgeable and listens to your concerns. He is thorough with the workout and detailed with the necessary workout during the week. I would recommend Jay to anyone who needs a good PT.

Soon to be an octogenarian, I was fortunate to have 12 weeks of therapy for back issues with Sean. He never left my side watching every movement making sure I received benefit from the program he created special for me. When I came to Postiive Energy I could barely walk and I had been playing golf and thought I would never play again. I am back playing golf without pain and have my strength back. I also now have a daily routine at home that is doable and I can continue the path Sean created for me. Adriane and Alyssa in the front office were always so helpful sending reminders for appointments and helping reschedule cheerfully if you had to make a change for any reason. I highly recommend Positive Energy Physical Therapy. I worked with Jay, one of the PTs there, and I was impressed by his knowledge as well as his passion for helping people. The facilities are nice and clean. It's never crowded and you always have the full attention of your PT. Scheduling appointments are easy and everyone is friendly.

I'm in physical therapy primarily for lower back osteoarthritis due to my 69 year-old aging body. My therapist is Sam and her knowledge, experience, and compassionate care has made a significant difference to my well being. She gave me a weekly routine and taught me the right way to do the exercises. I started out with twice a week sessions, then went to once a week and I'm now winding down with once a month sessions. It's been a joy working with Sam and the entire Positive Energy team. The front desk team is excellent.

My PCP recommended Positive Energy PT. Jay was my therapist and after watching me do some basic movements for 5 minutes, Jay came up with a program that has changed my life. I had been living with chronic back pain on and off for twenty years and saw a handful of doctors. No one was ever able to find the cause of my pain, but Jay taught me to strengthen and treat spots that were problematic. Thanks to Jay I am swimming, running, and walking without any pain. He also helped me improve my Olympic lifting form, which has helped me improve my strength and efficiency in the gym. I cannot recommend this clinic enough. In addition to the therapists, the front desk is also helpful and responsive!

My orthopedic doctor recommended Positive Energy for rehabbing the pain I was experiencing in my shoulder and neck. Samantha (Sam) Shook was my physical therapist and has a professional and friendly approach in dealing with her patients.

What I appreciated most about Sam's treatment process was her constant re-evaluation of my condition and listening to my thoughts on the progress from the assigned therapy regimen.

As a result, my exercises were modified to the point where I am no longer experiencing pain in the troubled areas.

My wife and I came across Positive Energy about 10 years ago when she had a shoulder surgery and needed rehab. She healed fast and had nothing but very positive feedback.

I came to him with an ankle and hip injury. I was 7 weeks out from a 70.3 Ironman race and very worried these new ailments would stop my training. Sean was positive, realistic, and knowledgeable.
