Amazing boutique hotel with stellar food, services, and views to meet all your weekend warrior needs.

Elevated luxary and sophistication was our experience from beginning to end. This boutique hotel exceeded all expectations from the moment you step into the lobby, the friendly and attentive staff met us with a gracious smile and chilled glass of CHAMPS at check-in! We had just come in from a long day and weren't exactly dressed for what felt like a very formal welcome, but certainly appreciated the all-inclusive treatment nonetheless!

The hotel has limited parking but does offer valet service which can be slightly pricy if parked for several days. However, parking nearby is also available for those who don't mind a short walking distance to the hotel. We actually enjoyed the walk and discovered many great restaurants along the way.

The Sea Level Restaurant was an unassuming delight with a menu that was fitting for all appetites. All the items and flavors were AMAZING, meticulously crafted to satisfy even the most discerning. Even all the food we ordered through room service was shockingly delicious! I would come back to eat at the Sea Level restaurant even if I wasn't staying at the hotel. The ambiance and views of the marina were just perfect!

Our room was spectacular, tasteful decor and modern amenities that seamlessly blend style and functionality. Every corner so well designed creating an intimate retreat within the bustling city. Our deck had an outdoor tub which we had no idea we NEEDED until we actually enjoyed our brunch and champs in it! A touch of luxury that elevated the entire weekend experience. Thank goodness we had a portable steamer which was included in our room to steam out our clothes for the evening. So useful and glad it was available.

What truly sets this boutique hotel apart is its commitment to personalized service. Collet, Emily, Jessica and the entire staff's genuine desire to make your stay extraordinary is evident in every interaction, turning moments into memories. It's a place where luxury meets warmth, creating an unforgettable tapestry of hospitality.

Thank you for an incredible experience and we hope to stay with you again soon!‍‍

This hotel is beautiful, nice views of the marina.

The biggest downside is that the walls are thin, heard people talking and partying all night.

There is NO parking, you can only valet for $45. We had a family member with a disability and we had a handicapped placard, parked in handicap by ourselves but they still charge the $45 fee for their handicapped spots. Quite an arm and a leg if you're staying multiple days & no other option for someone who couldn't walk.

Pool is also out of service until end of April so that was another downside not listed when booking.

You will see and feel the luxury of a boutique hotel. At the same time, they will charge you dearly for the experience.

Be ready for the hidden fees, $20 per person amenities, AND another $45 for parking.

The food and bar on property are great and I loved the bed (always important). Not sure what it is about the construction, but you can hear footsteps from the floor above, which is not super uncommon, but they seemed louder than I'm accustomed.

If you have the money to burn, the location is beautiful, right on the Redondo marina, and the property is well maintained.

Boutique hotel in Redondo with another location in Manhattan Beach. Stayed here with my family and they gave us a handicap suite for some reason, although the only thing that made it different was that there was no step into the shower. There was some confusion around the resort fee but essentially we got charged $250 upon check in, of which $160 comprised of the $40 per person resort fee, $80 for overnight valet for one night for two cars, and taxes. Valet parking is mandatory and their closest street spots that aren't metered are about a 15-20 minute walk. When we checked out, one car had to pay in cash for the partial valet fee while the other car got the fee tacked onto the final charge. They do have beach equipment and bikes you can rent, but we mostly hung at the pool.

The pool was a bit disappointing as it was really small and there was no hot tub. There were lounge chairs that you can walk up to as well as bigger couches with tables that you could reserve. The pool guy was nice and brought us water bottles as it was a hot day.

In terms of the room we had a lot of space and the beds were comfortable. We were able to get extra pillows and dental kits from housekeeping. For each day that you didn't do cleaning, they donate a portion for environmental causes. There's a restaurant downstairs and you get a $10 credit for dinner through the hotel if you eat there. There's a mini fridge filled with drinks for purchase but we were able to fit some leftovers in there.

It has great potential. With a bigger pool and free breakfast or something better than just coffee in the morning, I would have given it 5 stars. The resort fee is basically for a pool just a tiny bit larger than a hot tub, access to a couple of adult beach cruisers, and morning coffee.

Cool vibe. Great staff. Expensive food, but a good quantity and quality. The outdoor seating is in a beautiful setting.

The sea level restaurant was fantastic. The calamari was fantastic as well. I'm picky about my calamari having spent a lot of time in Italy. This calamari was very lightly coated with flour not breadcrumbs. Just like the Amalfi coast. It was great.

We celebrated my sister's HUGE achievement!
She won the "2023 PULITZAR " for photo journalism, nationwide!! We had the whole top floor room with harbor views. Staff was very professional. The food was also good. The D.J my sister hired was incredible!

The hotel was nice, don't get me wrong. Here are a few things that really turned me off and made me want to warn everyone.
      1. We checked in the morning after our reservation started. (we paid for that night so we could check in early.) Without interference from the manager, there were about to make us wait until that day's check in time (3pm) to check in.

      2. We were explained that the amenity inclusion charge of $34 was for spending money on the amenities of the hotel. When we used the amenities thinking it was a credit, of sorts, we were surprised to find that not only were we charged for the inclusion fee + the amenity we used but only $10 were deducted. This was explained to us incorrectly and no effort was made to rectify their error. Also isn't that a bit cash grabby? Here's a charge to use our amenities that you're paying for anyway.

So if you want to have a stay at a nice hotel, go for it, it's a really nice hotel. Some of the staff are easy to deal with. Just be warned the final bill might upset you which really sour'd the experience for us.

Pool/Hot tub closes at dusk. Not cool for a hotel of this caliber.
Hotel employees not at all willing to keep it open a bit later.
